Product availability, pricing, taxes, shipping and fulfillment may depend on the supplier and destination. A marketplace transaction may involve multiple operational parties.

5. Supplier responsibilities

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, product information, pricing, inventory declarations and fulfillment obligations.

6. Platform content

Users may not misuse, copy, reverse engineer or interfere with platform content, systems or security controls except where permitted by applicable law.

7. Liability and availability

The platform is designed for resilient operation but may experience maintenance windows, third-party dependencies or service interruptions. Specific limitations and warranties belong in the final legal agreement.

8. Suspension and termination

PelagiQ may suspend or terminate access where required for security, policy enforcement, legal compliance or protection of the ecosystem, subject to applicable law and the final agreement.
